Sandrine Boutez, managing director and sole shareholder of athos, spent most of her career in the service sector on both side of the border where she had decisional positions for different companies. She counts among her best accomplishment the implementation of new distribution channels. She is very familiar with Management and Market Development in both countries.
Jean-Marc Lengert, founder and previous managing director and partner of athos, knows the two markets and the two cultures very well for gaining experience by working for French and German companies at high-levelled positions.
Béatrice Chaboud supports the athos team with her 30-years long international experience in management in marketing, sales and strategy in the automotive industry within global companies. Her strengths lie in her global thinking and the proven management of intercultural projects and teams worldwide. Her expertise in company culture is strengthened by her human capabilities to issue strategic synergies with the teams and to deepen with trainings on the job.
Anne Muller is responsible for personnel management. She is in charge of the administrative tasks in the HR department and organizes the recruiting processes (conducting interviews, advertising job descriptions, scheduling job interviews). Anne Muller is our athos key contact between candidates and employers.
